GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

The Foundation reserves the right to cancel the visit in case of adverse weather conditions. In this case, we will notify you by email, providing you with another possible date or the possibility of reimbursement of the payment made. In the case of impossibility to finish the guided tour due to rain, we will provide you with another possible date to finish the pending tour.

We do not have water, soft drinks or food for sale in our facilities. It is also forbidden to smoke throughout the tour or at the entrance to the Botanical Garden. It is strictly forbidden to leave the established route or to steal specimens or genetic material. In the event that these rules are not respected, the guide may expel the person(s) who do not respect them, without the option of returning the money paid for the registration.

The sending of this email does not mean the confirmation of the visit, you should receive an email with a registration form that you must send to confirm your registration.

PRIVACY POLICY

Under the provisions of Law 1/1982 of 5 May, Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Image, providing your email address authorize Todolí Citrus Foundation to use it to send them newsletters about future tours, tastings and other types of activities, proposals and promotions related to the foundation. This authorization is not subject to any time limit or restricted to the national scope of any country.

The pre-registered user retains at all times the possibility of exercising the rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation of the data.
